The woman who answers the phone is always busy, doesn’t respond, or says she’ll call back but never does. I’ve tried several times to make a payment and couldn’t because they are never reliable or available. Now they’ve sent me to collections for $108, which is not fair since I made multiple attempts to pay. Very disappointing service.
