Recently saw that units identical to mine were renting for more than $200 less a month than I was paying.

My husband and I went to the office to find out if they had any bigger units. There was a man at the counter already when we walked in. He was screaming his lungs out at the manager Braidon because his things were auctioned off for not paying his bill! Well duh, you pay your bills or your things are sold, that’s just common sense! The manager Braidon was being professional and polite but the man was swearing and cursing and making a scene. We walked back to our car to wait for things to calm down and we could hear him yelling all the way out in the parking lot! When he finally left, we went back inside to ask about the units and I expected the manager to be flustered or upset but he was all smiles and professionalism and courtesy. I would have been in shambles!!! He helped us find the perfect unit to move to and made sure that we were comfortable with the whole process the entire time! Thank you Braidon! I don’t know how you do it but I guess they’re made of different stuff at Extraspace!
