    I order a wok online and picked up at noon. It was already 2 hours after I placed my order but it was still not ready yet, while they said on website that “if you place your order before 5pm, you can pick it up within 2 hours”. But that was not the main reason I gave this rating. After I drove 40 mins and arrived there, no one was at the pick up area. I asked the staff beside the warehouse about pick-up and he called a blonde lady to here. The blonde lady asked me about the order number and when I showed her my phone, she asked me to read it for her impatiently. I read it and she said I read so fast. I showed her the number again and apparently she could see it by herself. I had to cancel my order in the end because I didn’t know how long I would wait.

    I recently visited the At Home store in Broomfield and was impressed by the wide selection of home decor, bedding, rugs, home accessories and seasonal items. I was shopping for several rugs for our home, and the selection was extensive. An employee named Tony assisted me during my visit, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to help me find the perfect rugs, and I truly appreciated his guidance and friendly service. I had a great shopping experience and look forward to returning again soon.

    This place is HUGE! I was looking for one particular thing ( end table) and found it right before close one day but I'll have to go back and look around some more? I can't imagine them not having anything I might be looking for? 😁

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges.
