  These fire pits are amazing. Putting it together was easy and the flame is beautiful. Had a small problem with the top. The warranty department was great, took care of the problem fast and efficiently with no argument at all. Would buy again.

  I would give 1,000 stars if I could. Jolene at AllBackyardFun (ABF) was absolutely amazing to work with. I was hosting a big event at my house on 5/11 and REALLY wanted our new firepit to arrive in time for the event, because our existing one was... well... hideous. So, we sold the old one on FB Marketplace and ordered this beautiful Copper table from ABF like a week and a half before our event. In order to ensure it got here in time I called ABF and Jolene answered the phone. She immediately called their supplier and made sure they shipped it out freight immediately and it got here the Thursday before our Saturday event! In time to set up, get familiar with, and I'm just SO grateful I ignored the bad reviews, which now I think might be fake, and ordered my firepit table through ABF! I will recommend them to anybody and am really grateful that Jolene cared enough about me to help expedite the shipment of our table! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH ABF & Jolene for your stellar product and service.

  Our fire pit arrived earlier then expected and we got to enjoy it on our first Nebraska chilly day making smores with friends and family! Customer service was excellent and super helpful when we called them. We found it easy to assemble and referenced the youtube video when in question. Table was up and running in less than 10 minutes.

  We purchased and Oriflamme Fire Table in 2014. Spent over $2000 on a beautiful, gas black granite fire table that we thought would last forever! On a beautiful winter day recently (2/13/2020) we went out to find the granite had deteriorated underneath and a piece Of the granite had fallen away. I Contacted customer service and they said they didn’t think it was under warranty - which it wasn’t which is fine, but I still think that they could have done a better job of making an unfortunate situation right By deeply discounting a replacement. but now they want to charge me another $1200 for a table top that should’ve lasted a lifetime!! seriously! The people are nice but the company doesn’t stand by their product so I am recommending to anyone considering buying from them to reconsider. So so disappointed! It’s such a beautiful fire table we thought spending the extra money would ensure a lifetime of years but that didn’t happen!
