Rude and arrogant when handling property management. No respect for existing customers and Doubles the rent without notice. Do not recommend this property to anyone and especially any long term storage.

Wish the prices were a little lower especially with the high prices and also was hoping for a locked in rate but other then that she was absolutely pleasant to work with.

I talked to Susie on the phone and she helped me figure something out. She was courteous and understanding about it. Thank you for the help.

- BTBrandon TufanoMar 30, 20261.0I picked this place because they had the cheapest rate for the unit size I needed and they had a promotional 4 month deal of $165 a month. After the promotional period, they hiked the price up to $265 a month. This establishment is very broken (smashed gutters, damaged siding, etc.) and I didn't see anyone actually working at the place until recently. The facility is barely lit up at night and the units have no internal lights so you have to bring your own Flashlight to see anything in the units. I would only recommend this place to people I dislike.
