It's only been 3 days , but there's been no communication from them, i.e. request processing, request being reviewed, and no way to track you've even had communication with them. Im going to be calling the phone number in the next couple days , give them a chance to process a refund. update: I did receive an email from them asking for photos of the keys which I sent in to them, I received a credit refund the next day, so I'd like to say I wouldn't use there kiosk to make keys again in the future , but I do appreciate they honor the guarantee.
