It says right on the world market website "you can ask an associate in store for help to look up your temporary virtual card." The lady called over a manager & they said no. Honestly, just laziness. This was my second time shopping at this location and both times were unpleasant.

I selected several items (Marmite, McVities biscuits, and a teapot) and proceeded to the check-out. I asked the clerk if I got the 20% on all items. She said Yes, but the register didn't indicate the discounts. She called a manager over, who looked at my phone, punched a couple of icons, and said "It's now OK." The clerk rang the items item, and I asked her again- did I get the 20% discount on everything? She said Yes, so I paid. When I checked my receipt, only the teapot was discounted. There was a long line of people waiting to check out, so I asked another employee and she told me that the discount did not apply to food items. I didn't have time to get in line again and return the items. NOT a happy camper here.
