  Highest recommend for any fireplace/insert needs. I bought a Kozyheat gas insert fireplace from IHT in boulder over a decade ago. When switching to a heat pump this winter, instead of opting for a heat strip back up or trying to keep old gas furnace as back up - considered finally getting a gas insert for our living room, which has had a capped gas pipe. Called up - Walter set us up with best Kozyheat option, and Shane installed it. Best decision. Great service and follow up. Lost power for four days in big winds the same week it was installed, and the kozyheat fireplace kept the house lit up and warm. Highest recommend.

  I bought a house recently that came with a hot tub. I have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to cleaning and the chemicals needed for keeping my hot tub in the right condition. Luckily when I visited the store Walter helped me out. He was kind, courteous, and professional. If I need more help I know exactly where to go!!

  IHT has been such a great company to work with! We purchased our Hot Springs tub two years ago now from Johnny at the Boulder store and we couldn't be happier! His customer service and advice along the way has been outstanding. And Walter is always very friendly and helpful when I stop by the shop for any supplies that I need. The entire IHT staff and their technicians have been a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to improve their lifestyle with a saltwater system.

  Our experience with IHT was fantastic. Chris and the team at IHT responded to us quickly and even verified our preferred way to correspond. Chris found a way for us to get our time in a timely manner, and gave us our options that were readily available, so we were not waiting for an extended time for a tub to get manufactured and sent. We love having a Hot Spring Tub again, and use it several times a week. I am so thankful for the discounted water treatment program they offer, where we receive our products for our fresh water system automatically. The Install crew was courteous and respectful and got everything taken care of and ready for me to get power hooked up, and even gave me a quick tutorial before they left the house. Thanks IHT Team for providing our fall and winter transition with an added back lanai oasis.
