My band had just disbanded out of nowhere leaving me scrambling to find a place any place to store all my gear. I walked in feeling defeated burnt out and honestly a little heartbroken. Everything felt like it was falling apart. Then I met Geraldine. From the moment I stepped through the door she completely changed the entire tone of my day and honestly my whole outlook. She greeted me with a warmth and professionalism that immediately cut through the chaos I was carrying. She didnt just help me find a unit. She listened she understood and she handled everything with a level of care and human connection that you simply dont see in customer service anymore. Geraldine made what shouldve been a stressful emotional task feel effortless. She walked me through options made sure I got exactly the right space for my equipment and treated me like a real person not just another customer rushing in at the last minute. By the time I left my attitude had flipped completely. What started as one of the roughest days Ive had in a long time ended with me feeling hopeful and grounded. If you need storage go to this location. If you want to feel like your situation actually matters ask for Geraldine. She turned a crisis into clarity and gave me a sense of stability right when I needed it most. There is hope on the horizon and it started right here.
