  After storage shopping and talking to various other facilities I kept coming back to Extra Space and so glad I met Isiah at the Bennett, CO location. Best, friendliest and most helpful person by far!!

  This location is a joke, new property and nothing but issues all over the place. First off my unit has taken on water several times with no remedy in place, their roof and or walls are not built correctly allowing your unit to fill with water every time it rains and snows and they dont care. Second Im unsure if their cameras work because the TVs are always off the handful of times I had to go in the office, if they do work I dont believe anyone is watching anything happen, maybe they dont like you to know what they can see? Third they quickly raise the rent almost immediately with no notice and say tough luck. Finally and this is by far the best part, they pay the manager Jordan to sleep in the office during office hours! The day I finally decided to move out my wet stuff and had my unit empty I was instructed to let Jordan know for a final check, upon entering the office area I found Jordan behind the main computer slumped over and snoring,(picture taken) I tried to exit and of course the broken front door slammed hard behind me jarring him awake, blood shot eyes and totally shocked, really wish this incident didnt happen, to wake the beast and have that conversation.. He's unpleasant when hes fully awake as well. Terrible built building, leaking units, high rental premiums that 'match the standard' and a sleeping management team. I can totally understand these issues at maybe a small old run down location with cheap rates however this is advertised as a nice newer location and I happen to live in town so it seemed right to try at least. I guess they are like all other companies right now, taking advantage of the customer while providing nothing in return, this is a total scam operation, they are literally making money off you while sleeping in the office while your personal items get soaking wet and moldy. Glad im out of this wacky place and will never come back and ensure everyone I knows stays away as well! WET MOLDY UNITS HIGH PRICES LAZY MANAGEMENT TEAM

  We’ve really enjoyed storing our belongings here between moves. The facility is always clean and quiet, and Jordan at the front desk has been incredibly helpful with all of our questions.
