I came in a little later on Weds evening and entered thru the garden center. I needed 50 landscape bricks but by the time I had them loaded on my cart, they had locked that entrance. An employee named Don, wearing a Veteran's vest, not only pushed my cart into the store to the registers, but then pushed it out to my car and helped me unload the bricks into my car. Great customer service!!

Came to this location today looking for a bath faucet. Couldn’t find what we were looking for and requested help from an employee, Miguel. This guy was helping someone on the phone, another in-store customer and when done with their questions came and found us to help us with ours. He was knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly . You do not have customer service like this very often anymore, so it must be acknowledged when it happens. Thanks Miguel!

My experience at Lowe’s yesterday was horrible. I asked a cashier for help loading my car with the things I bought and no one came, I was waiting 30 minutes. THE MANAGERS ARE IRRESPONSIBLY AND MORE CONCERNED ABOUT TALKING WITH EACH-OTHER. (1star)

Horrible service. Called in to have a piece of glass cut as I have done numerous times to be picked up later since I'm only available to come in when there are no glass cutters. Customer service girl said they don't cut glass. Incorrect. She forwarded me to a Mike who hung up on me when I asked for help with glass. Called in again and the customer service guy said he talked with a manager and said I have to pay first. Never been a problem before. Train your staff. Take care of loyal customers. Be better.
