    My experience at this store was top notch today, every employee was kind, welcoming and had a great attitude. I actually witnessed the store manager greeting his fellow coworkers by name as they walked in. Great to see, wish this store was closer to my home.

    I purchased two custom exterior doors and one storm door through Lowe’s, with installation contracted through Premier Services Group. The total cost was just over $6,000, which I paid in full in August 2025. The doors were installed in mid-November after a long lead time. While the doors themselves were acceptable, the installation quality was not. The installer damaged the trim on both doors, corners were misaligned, and large gaps were filled with caulk instead of being properly fitted. Nail holes were left unfinished. When I raised concerns, I was told this was “the best he could do.” At that point, I contacted both Lowe’s and Premier Services Group while the installer was still on-site to report the issue and request a different technician for repairs. Although I was assured someone else would fix the problems, the follow-up process was extremely frustrating: • It took until January 2026 just to schedule a repair. • The same installer I had issues with was sent back, despite clear communication that I did not want him returning. • Additional delays followed, including last-minute cancellations and missed appointment windows. • On one occasion, I waited all morning during the scheduled time, only to be told later they could come in the afternoon, which was not acceptable. Repairs were finally completed on March 4, nearly four months after the initial install. The second technician was professional, and the work was improved, but still not at the level I would expect for a $6,000 project. After completion, I contacted Lowe’s to discuss compensation for the delays, scheduling issues, and subpar workmanship. Despite acknowledging the documented issues, the maximum resolution offered was $108. For a project of this size, timeline, and level of inconvenience, that amount does not reflect the experience. Final Thoughts The doors themselves are fine, but the installation process and customer service experience were extremely disappointing. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and difficulty getting issues resolved made this a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not recommend using Lowe’s installation services or Premier Services Group for projects like this.

    The lady with the glasses working customer service was extremely rude, controlling and had no inclination to try to listen to the situation whatsoever. I will probably never shop at that lowes again just for the mere fact that the staff lacks the competency to be respectful , especially at the customer service desk , which is an oxymoron in itself.

    It's my first time at this Lowe's and thanks to Lisa, Theresa and Cindy, my daughter, my dog and I were able to return a painting sprayer with ease, they were very friendly. Also they had a lot of dog treats, Thanks for your great service 👍🏻
