- SSSagi3 days ago5.0I wanted to send a personal "thank you" to Brittany, the storage manager, for standing up for me during a moment of confusion when I received some incorrect information from an out-of-state Extra Space Storage booking agent. Brittany helped fix the problem and went above and beyond to advocate for me to make it right! She also made the move-in part smooth and effortless by demonstrating how to get to my storage unit and how to work the lock to secure my unit. She walked me through the mobile application, and explained how to use the door code to open the doors. Overall, Brittany demonstrated exceptional customer service skills. I can definitely see why she's a store manager, and believe she should be managing entire districts at this point because she's totally capable! Thank you!
