- RMRO MO2 days ago1.0SAVE YOURSELF and go elsewhere. Extremely poor customer service, you'll see trash around the units, the prices are ridiculous for what you get. Then to top it they "don't issue refunds, it's a month to month thing". I have NEVER rented a storage where a refund isn't issued but is sure to charge a prorated fee. When I moved it the facility was owned by cube storage and I was very happy with them and had been with them for years. Now that this facility is managed by this company I had nothing but headaches. Do yourself a favor are rent from a different location. I moved to a new location half a mile a way for less than half the price, very clean and amazing customer service. I wish I would have moved sooner.

Unfortunately the rates are no longer within my budget. Christos made my move out super smooth. Thank you so much! Gonna miss this space. Maybe itll work for you.
