Our recent experience with Lowe’s has been deeply disappointing and frankly disastrous. We ordered a door in July, only for it to arrive nearly two months late—and even then, it was the wrong door. We were told it would be corrected, re-ordered, and installed on a new date, which required us to rearrange our schedules, take time off work, and purchase paint to prepare.
Today we were contacted yet again and told the installation would be pushed back more than two weeks. The repeated delays, poor communication, and lack of accountability resulted in wasted time, money, and frustration. After months of waiting and multiple setbacks, we ultimately canceled the order altogether. Based on this experience, we will not be returning to Lowe’s for any future services.

Couple weeks ago I came here to buy a DeWalt drill. I stood in the tool department for some time... I eventually gave up. No one cared to try to help me, nobody was even in the department. I ordered a Milwaukee from Amazon, and boy that was so much easier, that's the route I'll be going from now on.
