We obviously checked all the hoses to make sure they were configured correctly. We went back to Lowe's 48 hours later to let them know the machine wasn't working correctly. No one could talk with us so we returned the next day (72 hours later). They informed us that they couldn't help us because we were no longer within the 48 hour return time frame which no one informed us and no one provided any documentation of this policy. Now we have to call a repair person for a BRAND-NEW washing machine and pay out of pocket for the repair because LG is saying that Lowe's should be exchanging the machine. We spent $900 on a washing machine that is not working and Lowe's had absolutely NO INTEREST in helping us out. We will be shopping at Home Depot from now on. wish Sears was still in business.

I originally drove here from the Havana store because they didn't have a single terracotta planter in stock. Luckily, this location had a great selection, and I was able to find everything I needed for my organic indoor garden. The highlight of my visit was the service I received from Victor. I was having a stressful time with my gift card at the self-checkout, and before I even had a chance to ask for assistance, Victor noticed and stepped in to help. He resolved the issue immediately and with total ease. He also went above and beyond by helping me locate another specific item I was looking for. Victor has excellent people skills—he is highly professional, yet incredibly friendly and pleasant to work with. It's rare to find such proactive and genuine customer service. Thank you, Victor, for making a stressful day much better!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
