    Calling this store is painful. They start you with an 'AI' helper who tells you about sale info no matter what you ask, and if you try to get a person on the phone, the system will hang up on you shortly after. Tried three attempts, five minutes apart today.

    Ripe for a class action lawsuit: Ordering online, it gives an option for a $79 "scheduled" delivery and then lets you "schedule" the delivery and says it is for a "scheduled" day. When they fail to deliver on that date, they say the $79 was not for a scheduled delivery and won't refund the money. The evidence is right there on their own website. Someone please sue these jerks.

    Buyer Beware!! Think twice before you buy an appliance from this retailer. They will wash their hands of any issue after 48 hours. I received a damaged Bosch dishwasher. It was scratched on the inside of the dishwasher. Called them and it was exchanged. The second dishwasher was damaged even worse but I hadn’t got around to opening it up until Monday and it was delivered the previous Friday. They said to call some other number but that it wasn’t their problem any more because it was later than 48 hours. They transferred me and the line said they were closed and hung up on me. Just know that once 48 hours are up they are done addressing your needs with the wares they sell whether they are damaged goods or not.

    Placed an order on the 5th for pickup here on the 9th. 9th rolls around, nothing. 10th, nothing. 11th, I finally get a text that it's shipped (it should have shipped immediately and arrived 2 days earlier). Unfortunately, the text was a lie: it is now the 16th, a week after the delivery was supposed to happen, and the item still has not actually shipped. After calling Lowes, they reported that they have no idea where the package is, and said I should wait a couple more days. Not helpful. This was my first time shopping at Lowe's in decades, and it will be the last. Lowe's seems to have no idea what is going on with their own orders, so I cancelled mine. Home Depot has never given me this much trouble with an order.

    The store is set up terrible you can't find anything.. I mean, who's idea Was it to hide all the lumber in the very farthest farthest corner of the store ? , when that's probably one of the biggest selling product they sell . Everything else was fine.Service was fine, but the setup is stupid..Just one guy's opinion!!!! I would have given you a lower score, but I don't think that's fair. Just because I don't want to give you a bad rating to that's fair. Because everything else is good.
