Why not just hang up on me instead of pretending like she wants to help and then being so caustic that I had to hang up on her? Great job all around.

I’ve always had great experiences at this Lowes. Vanessa and her team are the best - super personable, helpful, and professional. Most recently they made choosing and picking up my water heater a great process from selection to helping me load it up.
