I purchased two craftsman tool boxes today. I called ahead because their website said no more in stock but Mike in the tool department verified otherwise. He said he would have them ready for me. Mike was very through and Miano helped load the tool boxes in my suv. My purchase was very smooth and quick.

I placed an order for 24-hour delivery and one week later not only has the order not been delivered it’s missing and no refund has been processed. I’ve spoken with 4+ Lowe’s employees, been transferred or rerouted multiple times and spent hours attempting resolution. Employees are clearly under-trained and underpaid. I will never shop at Lowe’s again.

It had the most lovely experience this morning at Lowe's. The checkout lady was named Rose and she was quite the solutions specialist not only did she know where everything was that I was looking for but she had some creative ideas, even having a much better idea for my issue while helping me keep my home looking it's best! Need more ladies like Rose around she's the solution specialist of Lowe's on Havana she's just a secret nobody knows about yet

The customer service is really bad. They do not want to take the product even though I have the receipt of the product I bought. I bought a mirror and they wanted me to take it home and clean it and bring it back. It is really bad service. I recommend you do not go shopping and do not waste your money in places where you do not receive service. If I could give one star, I would give another option and zero. Due to the customer service I received I will never be shopping at Lowe’s again….
