    I was at the store this morning to purchase some grout. I had a lovely experience with all the team members. Alejandra and Antonio helped with me picking a good grout color. My installer also liked the color they helped me pick. Excellent customer service. Keep it up.

    Never buy the Hampton Breeze ceiling fans. They are made for Lowes only, the light stops working and there are no replacement parts in the store. The floor help will direct you to the website to order online but the website will say out of stock and to call the 800 number to someone in India who will tell you that the replacement part is discontinued. NEVER BUY HARBOR BREEZE BAH! I got a response from Lowes saying they wanted to help fix this issue then gave me the 800 number again. Still does NOTHING to get me the part i need to fix their 'made for Lowes only' ceiling fan with the light that is never supposed to burn out. NEVER BUY HARBOR BREEZE.

    Devon in the Lumber department is exceptional. We recently brought in some difficult-to-handle wood that needed repurposing, and he went above and beyond to get it cut for us. This was my second time working with him, and his professionalism, friendly attitude, and genuine willingness to help are consistent every time.     I recently purchased nearly $1,500 in electrical supplies from the Lowe’s in Southeast Aurora to completely rewire a home. After finishing the project, I had five items left over — four remodeling boxes and one switch — totaling about $20. I did not have the original receipt with me, but the associate was able to look up the purchase using the credit card I used, which confirmed the purchase date. Once the date was verified, I was informed that this location strictly enforces a 90-day return policy with no exceptions. I understand policies are important, but this was a $20 return tied to a much larger verified purchase. As someone who spends multiple thousands of dollars each year on remodeling and repair work, losing a loyal customer over a minimal return seems shortsighted. I attempted to call the store afterward to speak with a manager. When customer service answered, I was immediately placed on hold, and the call disconnected approximately three minutes later. I did not receive a call back. I had additional purchases to make that same day, including paint, but chose to take my business elsewhere. I’m sharing this so other contractors and homeowners are aware: even when your purchase can be verified in their system, items cannot be returned after 90 days — no flexibility. Policies matter, but so does customer loyalty. Unfortunately, this experience showed me which one is prioritized.
