Unless you can carry it out of the store, shop elsewhere! Had a terrible time with Lowes delivering a dishwasher we recently purchased, to the extent that after several delays we had to source it elsewhere and cancel our order. If you are looking for appliances do yourself a favor and steer clear!

Still here and nothing the funny thing was that I ask for management and she came to me and I told her the situation and her response was that she never has seen me here before and I asked if that was a problem because I shop at all Lowe's that are around me and my projects. And as well the order company I brought them to Lowe's. But my regrets for this location,,👎👎👎👎

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
