    DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Not only am I Having the most unacceptable experience with my local Lowe’s store (24505 E Wheatlands Pkwy Aurora, CO), management is completely uncaring and unhelpful- telling me too bad there’s nothing they can do but is there anything else they can assist me with! I Ordered a new dishwasher on 11/29 in Person at the store and chose to have them install it since they had an installation rebate-instead of having my appliance repair guy install it for the same price. I was given a calendar of days to pick for installation, which ended up being a couple weeks later on a Sunday (12/14). The week before the scheduled installation, I find out from the installation company that they do not do installs on Sundays so I had to reschedule the installation for today (12/20). This morning a receive a call from the installer who was at my local Lowe’s store to pick up my dishwasher-even the My Lowe’s app indicated it was picked up yesterday. The installer informs that the product is damaged-something NO ONE at Lowes called to inform me of. Now I’m being told that that they do not have another one in stock and will have to order it and they won’t receive it until 1/13 at which time I can then schedule to have it installed. After talking to management I’m told that it is a special order item that has to be shipped from the manufacture’s warehouse, which is funny because the day I purchased it, they had more than one in stock. And I’m being told by managers that there is nothing they can do Needless to say I am pissed that I spent almost $1000 on something I need and now have to wait 2 months to receive. I have been shopping at Lowe’s for ALL my home improvement needs for more than 20 years and they have just lost a customer-not that they probably care! When this is all over I will be cancelling my card with them and will never shop there again!! I STRONGLY urge people to shop elsewhere-especially for large purchases!!!!

    I was there yesterday night when I couldn’t find anyone to help me I ran into this young man named Reese he helped me in the lumber department. He went above and beyond helping me out I have never seen such an outstanding hard working young man before. I will continue to do business with this location thanks to the kindness and knowledge ent of this young man. It was truly a Christmas blessing!

    ​My visit on August 29th (approx. 6:00 PM) was shockingly poor, highlighting a critical failure in service and security protocols. ​Cashier Archie exhibited willful misconduct that severely undermined my trust. Her actions included: ​Aggressively implying dishonesty regarding my personal items. ​Improperly refusing valid legal tender. ​Intentionally setting the security alarm on a purchased item and flatly refusing to disarm it, even when requested by management. ​This deliberate act created a loud, chaotic, and deeply embarrassing scene. This is not a service error; it is a profound disregard for customer loyalty and completely unacceptable conduct that warrants immediate action. ​I am highly disappointed and urge shoppers to be aware of this operational and conduct issue. ​

    Couldn't exchange or return lifetime warranty Kobalt tool with receipt. Website said they had 20 in stock but neither I or employee could find any. The computer system kept giving weird errors and telling us to wait 5 minutes.
