  I bought a bed back in March of last year and it was beautiful we got it delivered and assembled fast forward a year to when we moved and went to take the bed apart and found it wasn't assembled correctly and found some screws stripped and missing,I called and spoke to the manager Will and he was able to help us get more hardware and the assembly instructions, he was so nice and willing to help. He send pictures and even offered to video call, his knowledge of the furniture was amazing. Will was so great we returned for another bed frame and he was able to guide us in the right direction for quality and durability. Long story short great furniture but I would definitely just get delivered and build your self if you want it done right and ask Will for the assembly instructions!

  This was my second time shopping at Furniture row, our sales rep Kosa was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. We are very happy with the reclining loveseat we purchased!

  I highly recommend using Jeff for your furniture needs. I had a horrible experience looking at and deciding on furniture prior to coming here. Jeff was friendly and made the experience a much less angry experience. We purchased a couch and bedroom set without being pushed into anything. Thank you Jeff for turning what started as a negative experience into a fun one! 🙂

  Trey was so wonderful to work with. He wasn't pushy, didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need or want and was very responsive when it came to questions. He has a great sense of humor and made us feel relaxed. Usually furniture shopping is stressful, but he made it fun! He is an asset to your store.

  Kevin E. Wright greeted us when we came into the showroom the other night. We came in close to closing time. He didn’t rush us, he answered all of our questions and concerns. He was super helpful, kind, respectful and professional! Kevin is the kind of salesman that everyone loves to work with and would come back time and time again to do business with him! My husband and I said we would be back the next day. We came back and asked for Kevin and we were able to purchase our couch and chair. We had it delivered a couple days after we purchased the items! Thanks Kevin for a great shopping experience for our new couch and chair!
