She was super friendly, explained the whole process to set up the app and get access, took me on a tour to show me my unit, and made everything super easy! She even proactively called me to ensure I came in today to set things up instead of Sunday because the office was closed on Sunday. We planned to move things in on Sunday and without that call our moving plans would have been shot. Thanks again for the great customer service Nina!
