  I purchased a sofa, loveseat and chair. All three are powered by a cord to a wall plug. Because I did not want cords going from the furniture in the middle of the room to the wall plugs, I purchased batteries recommended by the sales person. This sold me on the furniture. Well the connection for the batteries to the furniture did not go together and the furniture in the showroom had different connections. So, the sales folks could not help me and, now, I have cords going from the furniture in the middle of the room to the wall plugs. Thanks for the assist Furniture Row. On a good note, the furniture is decent.

  Let me just say that I will always bring my buisness here. The young man Aalim and the other gentleman ( so sorry I forgot his name it was a long day) help me out a lot. I wanted to stay within a price range and they did just that, EVEN THOUGH I could not make up my mind next door. They stayed calm. Did not rush me and made sure I Ieft with what I wanted. Thank you both soo much I really appreciate your time and support.

  I purchased a mattress here back in 2018. It was sagging pretty bad in the middle. They warrantied it out for a new mattress. It was so simple and quick. Roberto Lopez is like a sleeping guru. Helped us pick a new mattress and base for best sleeping. Great thing too was he was not pushy at all. He was off doing his own thing, if we had a question he was quick to answer then let us go back to testing them out. New mattress and base were delivered quick and been having good nights sleep ever since.

  Roberto was excellent! He answered every question, was knowledgeable, and took his time and guided my wife and I for the best fit was for us. We were shown high end mattress and explained in detail the difference in each one compared to all others. After asking the right questions. I understanding our needs. He then explained in detail each mattress we looked at. his knowledge, patience and customer service skills were top notch.

  Amazing experience at this mattress firm! The store manager Roberto was very personable and knowledgeable with selling us a mattress and our sleeping essentials! He was not pushy at all and explained all our questions and showed us many price options! We were able to find an amazing deal on such a comfortable mattress with adjustable frame to help with our sleeping essentials! Will be back to this location in the future!
