I stayed home all day waiting for them to show up. They contacted me at 4 PM after they told me (I was the FIRST delivery on the list from 9-11) telling me they couldn’t get a hold of me. I called the office and they tell me they were “trying to call me on multiple phones and I wasn’t answering.” That just doesn’t make complete sense at all! So I ordered all of that furniture and turned my phone off? Huh? Extremely unprofessional, especially because they won’t give me a refund for the items I bought and don’t have.
