And once we made up our mind, everything was arranged and handled speedily. And we found a high quality mattress for under half of what a competitor was offering. The delivery agents arrived close to the beginning of the delivery window, which is always nice. They were super friendly, worked quickly, and were very careful down the hallway and in the bedroom during delivery and haul out. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you so much!

Abdhulla is a great guy helped me with all the details in choosing my sectional.
- CEChristine EzeDec 29, 20252.0This is the 3rd scheduled visit with AFW, with one cancellation due to the box frame already being torn which needed to be replaced from the initial delivery, and the lack of hardware/tools to change out the other bed frame’s white screws to the black screws as it should have been. For the second scheduled visit, I waited 2 hours into my 2 1/2 delivery window before I even got notified that the items were either already torn nor not on the truck for delivery. Now today on the second actual visit to my home, the hardwood/tools are still NOT available nor is this box frame completely rip free. I’m not satisfied with the lack of diligence and customer service on AFW’s behalf and continuing to come in and out my house with shoes on new carpet isn’t acceptable for me. I’m now exhausted with AFW and the continual attempts to fix things, and although I know that things happen out of our control from, I do; however, think that checking for the required items needed for delivery is bare minimum. You can’t beat the prices, but sometimes peace has no price tag and I would’ve preferred a higher price with better customer service. For this reason, although I need more furniture, I will NOT be buying from AFW.

When they delivered the bedroom set it looked so nice, and we were happy. The delivery drivers put it up so quick, but unfortunately- they did not do their due diligence, in securing everything properly. needless to say, about 3 months in, the side rail on the left side broke, the screws came out and caused a crack where the screws were to go. someone came out a WEEK later and said "just put this wood filler on the holes where the screws go, let it dry and you can screw this back in"...... and left. well now we are at month 5, and the same thing happened, this time the crack in the side rails is worse!!! It looks terrible. My fiancé called 3 times, and was told someone would get back to him, NO ONE EVER DID!!! terrible customer service. So, I finally called, and spoke to a person, who kept me on hold for well over 10 MINUTES, stating that she was trying to put in the order...I mean if it takes you 10 minutes to put in an order, you may be in the wrong department! Then she stated that they couldn't get anyone out here to fix or repair the issue until first week in January (maybe towards the end of the week) after that she proceeded to say well "UNFORTUNATLEY" we can repair it for you. what do you mean "Unfortunately" as if it is a problem, when this bed is still under the warranty. DO BETTER AFW!!! highly dissatisfied with this purchase, as well as the customer service representative!
