  I came in the store and purchased almost $2000 worth of Bedroom mattress paid cash and a delivery fee as well, my delivery was made for a week after my purchase and once it came it didn't have my mattress only a frame and no one Ever told me anything was on back order at all, so the delivery driver called the office and they informed me the mattress is on back order and it would be delivered in a couple of days which would be today, I haven't gotten any messages nor calls so I took it upon myself to call and ask questions and there rude customers service agent said the next delivery is not until Sunday that's almost a week away with out a mattress? So I asked to speak to a manager and she said she is the manager and n

  Fatal esta tienda mi primera compra envían muebles rotos y después tienes que esperar 4 días con el mueble roto en el medio de tu sala para que vengan a tu casa a arreglarlo o a cambiarte la peor experiencia que e tenido en compras de muebles esto ahora mi sala ahora mismo parece un almacén abandonado

  I'd first like to point out how I wish we just stayed at AFW, but my husband and I havent done much furniture shopping together. We started at AFW and wanted to compare prices from other store, but they blew everyone else out of the water! Abdullah was wonderful to work with. He didn't pressure us to buy anything straight away and understood the importance of price comparison. When we came back to AFW, we found Abdullah immediately and he answered all of our questions and was extremely compassionate and personable! All the delivery drivers(Nick, Xzavier, Jamal, Curtis and one other) were professional and friendly. They talked with my 3yo daughter. Our new table is sturdy and fits great in our home. The kimble dual power reclining sectional is everything after the couch we had for the last two years. The motor wire on the recliner was severed upon delivery, but they had a new one ordered with a delivery date within the week, that worked for us, before they left! Overall, extremely happy with the quality, price and customer service at AFW. Thank you so much!

  Bought a couch from them 2 months ago and the cushions are already fraying, but that is not a warranty issue, but a use issue. 2 MONTHS! Now I can return it for a 15% fee plus pickup or they can get me new covers that will fray and shred again in another 2 months? I will returning it myself and getting all my money back. If you cant make a good product you shouldn't put a warranty on it, then deny. Save your money and spend it on some better quality furniture. Profit over quality!

  Put in a request to purchase a matching end table for our living room after purchasing the entertainment center and coffee table from AFW. The year prior we purchased a dining room set from AFW. These 2 purchases alone came to a few thousand dollars. We have been shopping at AFW for over 18 years since moving to Aurora. Our last purchase was a bedroom dresser and end table which scratched upon placing a 30" TV on the dresser. Also I found that the end table scratched just as easily with only my Thumb nail. Yes, my thumb nail. I called them up and had it returned. They said they would take care of the issue and return it. I agreed. Upon returning the furniture I stopped the AFW movers at the entry way and checked the furniture with my thumb nail once again. And yes, it scratched just as easily as before. So I received a refund. This was the 1st and only time I was not happy with our dealings with AFW. But upon trying to purchase the end table for our living room. I was told we were no longer allowed to purchase from AFW because of the past incident. When I'm spending my paycheck on anything including furniture, I want Quality and this is the way it was handled by AFW. Totally surprised, like there feelings got hurt. So be careful not to hurt there feelings.
