    Ridiculous waste of time. The $5 key becomes $8 when they offer the $3 upgrade. The key was so poorly cut it wasn’t even close. Then the refund process was laborious and time consuming. Wait in hold for an overseas guy who was almost impossible to hear and whose english was not good. Terrible experience. Never again. I went to my local ACE hardware and got a properly cut key for $4. By a nice guy.

    This machine does a better job cutting keys than any human, in my experience. I've had about 10 keys done by the machine and they always come out working perfectly.

    A little pricey but good quality and accurate production of a key. I do like being able to get a third key free. Hope it continues because it drops the price down from $4 per key.
