I had just found out a friend passed away shortly before going to empty my unit and I kind of "unloaded" my sadness on Derrick but he was very compassionate and sincere in his condolences for my friend. Thank you Derrick, for the help in finding my unit but also for being a genuinely concerned person to a complete stranger. It meant a lot to me and I greatly appreciate it. Above and beyond, Derrick went!!!
