Avoid their Valspar paint! Not sure if the gal mixed it up improperly or if it's just junk paint in general. It's been 5 days since I put the final coats of paint up in a nursery and the off gassing is nauseating. Room smells like a Spirit of Halloween store...like that cheap rubber smell. Terrible

I recently purchased a dryer and had a pretty poor experience with the manufacturer but it was completely turned around by Jeannie C. at the Arvada Lowes. After having the unit replaced twice for being defective, we ultimately landed on a different manufacturer altogether. What really stood out, however, is how calming, professional and determined Jeannie was when she went to bat for me to ensure the process of replacing the dryer two different times was as smooth as she could possibly make it. I barely had to follow up or reach out to Lowes as Jeannie was so on top of our situation that she would routinely check in. As a contractor who purchases material from hundreds of different supplies and manufacturers, I can confirm that this level of customer service is extremely rare. Jeannie completely made the difference with her connection and care. 5 Stars to Jeannie.

Can't return an unopened box of nails without the receipt? Were they purchased here? Yes. Is it the type and brand of nails you still carry? Yes. So can I return them? Nope, sorry.
What... did they expire? They are 16 penny nails still sealed in their box. What absolute nonsense. Just save yourself the annoyance and go to Home Depot, it's always right across the street.

Absolutely just shocked with the way the employees are in this store. My boyfriend got a new Carhart heavy duty jacket as a Christmas present . We went in to just browse around to kill time. We ended up not getting anything but on our way out a very rude woman stopped my boyfriend claiming he was stealing the jacket! Which he obviously assured her it was a present and he walked in with it on. Which she replied saying she’ll see what the camera has to say about that. And we theft . There was no reason we should have stayed.
Anyways this was a couple days ago and totally forgot about it and was not even a concern to us until we came back to this store to pick up a few things.
We didn’t even have the chance go inside before the lady comes out yelling the cops are on the way!
Just absolutely ridiculous behavior and totally unprofessional!
The camera must have never gotten checked cause they would see for themselves !

Used to prefer Lowe’s over Home Depot but after today I will never be going back bought a pressure washer was defective went to try to return it even tho it had only been 3 days since I bought it, lady said ‘Past 48 hours can’t do anything about it’ her tone and demeanor was rude so no I’m stuck with a $200 brick so stupid 48 hour return window!
