- KHKyle Hopp5 days ago1.0Don't bother being a pro member here. You can't rely on them to pull an order correctly and if they do, they'll give you all the leftover, beat up wood stock and you'll find out when you drive to pick it up or they deliver it.

Did I get what I wanted which was an exchange with no receipt? No (thankfully I found the receipt) Izzy gave me the call corporate, the customer service was appreciated and I was treated like a person!

They guide you thru the process of helping you choose your blinds, shades, shutters or drapery, simplifying your purchase. They also have great professional installers! I loved my Design Consultant and the consultation and measure were complimentary!
- AHAndrew HartmanFeb 15, 20261.0Staff were helpful but there was an advertising issue and confusion. This washer/dryer set had a deal sticker on it that wasn't for this product. Very misleading. When we brought it up to an employee we were originally told they would honor this sticker deal price since it was clearly on this product. We decided to buy them and then the manager came. He told us that the sticker on the product does not mean it goes to that product. We didn't want to argue and continued shopping. As we walked away they took the sticker off and placed it on the correct product. It seems this error was on multiple products in the appliance section. Don't have an employee tell us the deal price would be honored only to have the manager change their mind.

How do I check my order status?
Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your MyLowe’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.
How do I cancel an item from my order?
You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. Find your order and select Details. In the Delivery section of the item you wish to remove, select Cancel. Find your order and select Details. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
