    After 3 longs months of numerous rescheduling, Kayla the store manager was able to step in and schedule my delivery for TODAY. She needs to be recognized by management because her excellent customer service, ability to solve a problem and continuous follow-up was the difference between cancelling my order and ultimately saving my order. She is the best. And also recognized my frustration with many apologies. Please give her kudos.

    I ordered a custom therma-tru door through this location. I specified clear glass when I ordered it. They printed off a piece of paper that I looked over and OK’d that said clear glass (which I still have). When she went to actually send the order, something happened with their system and she had to “rebuild the door real quick”. When the door arrived and I went to pick it up, it had some kind of fancy patterned glass in it. I rejected the door, the doors lady wasn’t there so I called in the next day to get it figured out. She told me that particular door doesn’t come with clear glass (it does) and said she told me that when I ordered it. I went into the store the next day and the gentleman that was working (Robin I believe?) was very helpful and reordered me the same door but with the clear glass I originally specified. Just picked it up today and the two kids that brought it up from the back used one of those blue carts and it scratched a bunch of the black paint off the middle hinge. I went and asked the lady at the doors counter if we could get a replacement hinge and she said she would have to reorder the entire door and I’d have to wait another 6 weeks. Oh, and additionally, the door was ordered with brick molding, we paid for brick molding, went to remove the shipping crate today to install it and found it was missing from the door. Lowe’s refused to correct this issue since it’s been 5 months since we ordered it. The assistant manager I spoke with said “how do I know you didn’t just remove the brick molding”, bro, look at the 10 pictures I brought in, there would be nail holes if it once had brick molding. Seems crazy that they’re willing to lose a pro customer over 3 pieces of brick molding, oh well. Lesson learned.
