More recently, I went to get some things from my unit and realized my keys to my unit had been taken when my car was broken into a few nights prior. It was a Saturday, and luckily the office was open. I explained the problem and the woman working helped me get into my unit and a new key. I unfortunately can't remember her name, but she was a great help and I couldn't have been more appreciative of her kindness and understanding. To comment on what another reviewer mentioned - I've never seen "homeless people" hanging around or inside the facility gates. I feel safe storing my things in this location, and I feel as though the price is reasonable, especially when compared with Public Storage, and others.
