  Incredibly inept employees who wasted two days of my time telling us they’d “call us back” about an appliance and were incredibly rude over the phone. Don’t waste your time here.

  Ok, so I first started buying from Arvada appliance back in 2003. I desperately needed a fridge as mine went out. They fixed me up with a nice used fridge I could afford at the time and it went out just past the 90 day warranty. Bob fixed me up right away and delivered a brand new fridge to replace it without a blink. So i have now been buying my appliances from his son Brad for the last 23 years now on my 3rd house arvada appliances has been outstanding every time. Btw used appliance warranty is now 1 yr.

  Got us a great deal on a clean used washer and dryer. Service was quick and professional.

  I would not recommend purchasing any appliance from Arvada appliance. I purchased a dishwasher from them in April 2025. Since the date of purchase, the dishwasher has broke 5 times. I am told by Arvada Appliance that they can do nothing about it and I need to call the warranty service company. I do that, and get told by the warranty service group that the dishwasher is fixed or fine, only for it break again. After the latest incident I called Arvada Appliance and asked them to replace the machine because it is obviously a lemon. They refuse claiming they can’t take the financial hit of replacing the machine because they are a small business. I chose to buy from this local family owned business in the hope that if something was wrong they would step up to the plate and fix it. They have done the opposite, flat out refusing to take any responsibility or offer me any help with dealing with this issue. Don’t waste your time or money with this “family owned business.” Shame on you Arvada Appliance.

  My elderly parents purchased a washer and dryer from Brad a little over a year ago. Arvada Appliance dropped the ball after the dryer was ordered and they had to wait a month for it to be delivered. Everything was ok until approximately 1 month ago when the washer started having issues. They were getting the run around from the manufacturer so they reached out to Brad, who said that he would reach out to his contact with them. After waiting a month with little communication, they went into the store today. Brad’s response when they inquired about the his findings was “I did not make the machine”. My 80 year old father voiced his frustration, without yelling or profanity, and instead of trying to rectify the situation Brad told him he would no longer help him because he was “hot”. I have worked many customer service jobs and would have been written up for treating a customer that way. Let alone an elderly couple that have been customers for many years! This store used to be great but the customer service has all but disappeared.. If Brad can’t handle an upset 80 y/o man, he should get out of customer service all together!!!!
