    You are lucky I even gave you one star, we came the whole down from the mountains so we can purchase a new washer and dryer combo but we waited and waited but no one waited on is so we left... That is so rude when you have customers and you ignore them while you BS in the office .... We will just go to home Depot and get a new set....

    Title: Installation Issues, Added Fees, and No Accountability Review: Summary: Appliance installation was done incorrectly, followed by additional service fees and shifting explanations instead of resolving the issue. This review reflects my direct experience with Arvada Appliance and the installation services provided at my home. Arvada Appliance improperly installed both a dishwasher and a stove. When the problems were reported, they charged a second install/service fee to return and address their own work. After 1.5 hours, the stove was still unstable and not level. A stove that is not properly leveled and secured is not just an inconvenience — it is a basic installation and safety issue. From there, the explanation changed. The issue was reframed as a manufacturer problem rather than an installation problem. I was encouraged to replace the appliance instead. A 25% restocking fee was introduced, followed by a pickup fee. I was then told the refund would only apply if I purchased another appliance from them. These terms were introduced step-by-step rather than explained clearly at the beginning. The most telling part: an independent technician inspected the stove and fixed the issue in about five minutes. No parts. No replacement needed. The realtor paid for the visit. If you read the owner’s responses to negative reviews, expect customers to be mischaracterized rather than receiving professional accountability. That same approach continued through a BBB complaint, which closed procedurally — not because the issue was resolved. Others may have had different experiences, but when reviewing the nearly 200 Google reviews and numerous Yelp reviews for this business, I noticed several customers describing similar issues involving appliance installation problems, additional service or restocking fees, and difficulty resolving disputes afterward. If you value clear pricing, accountability for installation work, and honest problem-solving — especially when safety is involved — I recommend choosing another appliance company.

    Do not buy from this company. The owner is the most disrespectful sales person I have met. I purchased a “cheap” microwave ( his words not mine” three weeks ago. Due to delays the item supposedly comes in today but can’t be delivered until Monday. I am upset as I’m sure many people would be especially with the holiday coming nothing can be done he said. Then insulted me. I’ll bring my business to another company who is more professional and takes an extra step to assist the consumer. Worst service ever

    Frauds - will not refund payments for a dishwasher part that they never even ordered. I went to them to order a part for a dishwasher door thinking I’d keep my business local, even though it was cheaper to order online. After discussing what I needed with store rep, they said they could get me the part and I agreed to pay for the order upfront. Shortly after i returned home that day they called me and told me they are going to add another $70 for shipping. At that point, ordering through them would be well over $100 more for a $140 product than ordering it online. So I decided to call them back and tell them not to place the order and asked for my pre-payment back. Should be cut and dry. And now it’s been over 3 months and 5 calls in, they never issued me a refund even though they promised to do so every time I spoke to them. I have lost all trust for them.

    On 12-5-2025, I purchased a refrigerator from Arvada Appliance and remitted payment via check. Delivery was set for 1-10-2026, no call or delivery was made by Arvada Appliance. After a phone call from me it is then set for 1-15-2026. This type of situation recurred consistently over the next few months. The dates being 1-15-2026, 1-26-2026, 2-6-2026. There has been no consistent correspondence from the dealership, and the delivery is still outstanding up until 3-10-2026. On 2-6-2026, I met Brad Corn face-to-face to seek clarification or a refund. He said “NO”…he didn’t make the appliance only sold them..there would be no refund. Brad Corn contacted me on 2-11-2026, to let me know that the refrigerator was now available and scheduled for delivery 2-18-2026. On 2-18-2026 no call from dealership or Brad Corn and no delivery. 2-23-2026 I wrote “Demand for Delivery” letter and sent it certified. No reply from dealership. 3-5-2026 filed BBB complaint. My complaint was emailed to Arvada Appliance by noon. 6:00pm Steve from Arvada Appliance confirmed that my refrigerator is scheduled for delivery 3-10-2026. So it took lots of research and documentation plus a BBB complaint but I finally received my refrigerator on 3-10-2026. Exercise caution with this family-owned company. Reviews show that others have had similar issues. The FTC says if an item isn’t received within 30 days of your order date the buyer is entitled to a full refund or they must rewrite the agreement no matter what is written on the original receipt. Sad times we’re in……
