I had a long distance move from California to Fairplay and needed storage for my Tacoma & a unit until I closed on my new home which took months longer than anticipated. Brenda was fantastic & provided excellent Customer Service. I called several times from California to ask questions about the storage units, the area & how to coordinate a long distance move of my Truck by Transport. She was always friendly & provided the exact information I needed. My Tacoma (project rig) was safe in the location & a great price compared to other facilities. My storage unit was clean, the perfect size & easy to access - also a great price! I highly recommend Alma Super Storage for it's location, easy access, security, great prices & superb service from Brenda who does an amazing job running the place!
- DKDaniel KeppleNov 18, 20192.0Decent location 20 miles outside of Breckenridge. Gate Access was "broken" majority of the time, and you had to enter your unit number and password to enter/exit. Trying to contact them is hit or miss, if you leave a voicemail they will usually return your calls in a weeks time, if you're lucky. I rented a 5x10 unit for 3 months. Units are decently priced for the area. Units were hard to come by in the summer and I was placed on a waiting list. I'm sure it's near impossible to get one in the winter months. In the 3 months of renting, I found rodent droppings in my unit. Some of my bags were chewed through and some items were damaged. When I confronted the owners about the rodents she said that's not their problem and to store items in weather sealed bins next time. No electric, not weather proof. They bake in the sun. Would not recommend storing electronics here or belongings you hold dear. I gave them an extra star based on the difficulty of finding storage in summit county in general. This is in park county.
