  Santiaga help my son and I to secure safe, clean storage units at the last minute on a Friday. She went out of her way to help us. She was so willingly helpful...such a wonderful, respectful, kind individual. Best Choice Storage are lucky to have such a fine employee who takes time and cares for the clients. Thank you Santiaga

  A big thanks to Michelle for all her help! She is hands down the best. There was an issue with my lock, it was defected. I couldn't access my unit and the office was already closed. You could imagine my frustration. There is always an answering service. Michelle responded in a timely manner and it was resolved, she was super friendly! They have alarms on all the units and were able to see the last time the unit was accessed. Which was all very reassuring! I got this unit after hours and it was all very easy and quick to do online & over the phone. This was all so convenient for any last minute emergency. I give this location and staff 5 stars 🤩

From the very beginning, the staff made the entire process easy, stress-free, and welcoming. They were patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions or help in any way they could. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe, which gave me great peace of mind. What really sets Best Choice Storage apart is their customer service. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. I am extremely grateful for such a positive experience and would highly recommend Best Choice Storage to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly storage facility.   Great experience with best choice storage. Mrs. Wilcox is super helpful and courteous. This facility is kept very clean. The rental rates are great compared to the alternate storage places in the area. Would recommend you check them out!
