The guy said he would get here in 25 minutes but ended up taking an hour. Before he started he quoted me $399. Why didn’t they tell me price over the phone? He was able to pick the lock (no drilling). They charged me $568, base of $399, “service fee” was over $100. Definitely feels like a scam, I looked at other companies and they charge far, far less. Choose another locksmith that cares about customers and isn’t a scammer.
