We had motorized blinds installed throughout our home, as well as a 360 room darkening shades for our bedrooms. It's changed how we sleep! We immediately felt more rested in the mornings, not a peep of light comes through. In our last home we had ordered through a different company Hunter Douglas with blackout tracks for our bedroom but lots of light seeped through the edges and they were close to double the price! They explained how great Norman is and we couldn't be happier with the quality or price!!

When it came to installation Rudy did a great job with explanations dj his thoroughness with the installation was great. If we have an issue or problem that came and took care of our needs. - EWEric WilkinsDec 31, 20211.0I had an appointment on the 29th of December between 2-3 and they called at 3:15 to tell me they were 25 minutes out. What's ironic is Sue called around 12 to confirm 2-3 was still a good time and I said "yes". Since they missed the first appointment I was willing to give them another chance and rescheduled for Friday the 31st between 2-3. Well, they never called and never showed up for that appointment. If a "0" was possible that's what I would have given because that's what they deserve.

I am so glad that they did, because we ended up going a different direction than what we originally thought we wanted. Everything looks absolutely fabulous. We actually had a window that was poorly installed by the previous owner, and it was more narrow on the bottom than on the top. When the blinds came in, that one didn’t fit exactly right, but still looked good. They ordered another blind at their own expense and came back and swapped it out. Wonderful customer service!They are a lovely couple and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for window coverings!
