I have witnessed very strong customer service skills until two years ago when the management changed. The two men that now provide service are generally unfriendly, and behave as if they are doing you a favor by letting you in the store. I have witnessed this attitude towards other customers. This past week I needed some supplies and a replacement part. I entered the store at 09:53 and was immediately told that they were closed. I asked the man behind the counter why the door was opened. He said he forgot to lock it. The tone and tenor of his behavior spoke volumes of the attitude toward a long time customer. I said that I would not be back. Less than a block away is another pool supply who gladly welcome me and provided the service any customer deserves.
