Spent $80 for the machine to spit out two keys and stop. The staff at the Ralphs are totally impotent when it comes to the kiosk and just said "oh well good luck." I tried to call the number on the kiosk. No answer. I tried to use their self-service form, but it won't take my request because I don't have an order number. Why don't I have an order number? It never sent me the receipt to the phone number I provided. ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF I'll be getting a refund through my cc company, thanks.
