He was able to show us our unit, make sure we liked it, we brought our own lock that we were having troubles with and he helped us right away with getting a new one. He was very friendly and polite which was nice to encounter! Moving can be tough and he made our experience better. The unit seems to be easy to get our stuff in and out, well priced, and clean. Amazing service and friendly staff!
