  Had my stuff in a corner unit for a few years and just moved out this last Sunday. I recall notice of "pest control" when I moved in but I am hard-pressed to understand what they consider to be "pest control." I found rodent bedding, (and insect) feces, and urine in all corners of the unit and ALL OVER my belongings. Found what appeared to be 3 dog chew sticks on top of boxes, staged inside the unit by the door (with a conveniently gaping hole at the top, leading right into my unit). I've never owned a dog in all my life so I can only guess where those dog chew sticks came from. Also found at least 7 boxes damp and contents moldy and/or destroyed due to a Massive leak in ome of the corners (leaky sprinkler system perhaps?). When I came to the unit a month ago to prep for moving out, I found that several of my boxes had been rifled through, clearly by humans. Not sure yet what is or could be missing but if You value Your belongings, I personally recommend finding a better location to store your items. Whomever is managing this location shows little to no concern over the quality or sanctity of the units they're charging a LOT of money for including that anything was damp, moldy, destroyed, or having rodent crap all over it. And when I mentioned this to the person I spoke today, to confirm that I vacated, he decided to put it all on other tenants, who MUST be storing food in Their units, even when told not to. No food in MY unit, outside of the random appearance of dog chew sticks that somehow wound up where they did. ETA: my videos mention the alledgedly incorrect assumption of "temperature control" but the man I spoke today claims that would never have been mentioned or guaranteed when I moved in but did confirm the promise of "pest control". Also, I recommend using tarps or sheets to cover your stuff with because the thickness of the dust alone (which you can SEE in the air in my videos), on my stuff was outrageous. Also want to add that the management here NOW is vastly different from when I moved in a few years ago. Fairly nice people as compared to "Cheyenne" when I moved in, who was just a wretched human being. (Perhaps the cause of the dog chew sticks randomly appearing my unit?)

  This place is awful DO NOT RENT HERE THEY WELCOME YOU AT FIRST THEN 3-4 MONTHS LATER THEY MAIL A NOTICE INFORMING YOU OF A RENT INCREASE OF 75% WTH. THEY SAY IT'S DUE TO OCCUPANCY, DEMAND, AND CURRENT LOCAL PRICING.... I CHECKED THE HAVE THE SAME SIZE UNIT FOR 70+% LESS. I ALSO CHECKED WITH OTHER STORAGE FACILITIES AND THEY ARE LOWER BY 75% AS WELL, THE DOORS OF THE UNITS ARE FAULTY I HAVE TO USE A SCREW DRIVER TO LIFT THE DOOR SO THAT I CAN REMOVE THE LOCK. THEY POSTED A NOTE THAT THE ELEVATORS AREN'T WORKING AND TO USE THE STAIRS. YEAH OK THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT TO DO WITH A REFRIGERATOR. IDIOTS.. THEY DIDN'T EVEN OFFER COMPENSATION OF THIS INCONVENIENCE.... RENTER BEWARE!!!BYE FELICIA....
