  This is the best storage company I have used. Really fair pricing and the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Hands down better service than Public Storage.

  I had to store some dorm stuff over the summer and I could not recommend this location enough! Everyone was extremely accommodating and helpful in walking me through the reservation process, the facilities, and the check-out procedure. I happened to empty my locker a few days after the monthly billing was scheduled and they were more than willing to prorate the cost, which meant a lot. Overall, a very personable staff and safe/clean/high-quality storage units!

  We have had a storage unit here for 10 years and would like to thank Russ and Larry for always being friendly and helpful. We have had to use different storage units in the past and this is by far the best storage facility we've ever had! It's always clean, easy to access and safe. Their customer service is outstanding, we value the fact that they monitor the units and if we happen to forget to lock our unit, they always let us know asap. We can't say enough good things about SoCal Self Storage in Westlake Village, other than that we highly recommend this facility!
