I have been to many dry cleaners before coming to TLC and I can promise you, that you will not be disappointed or ever receive shrunken, damaged, and or smelly clothing. Upon pickup, my down comforters and garments (Leather, Linens, Cashmere, and Silks) are always crisp and clean. They have even been able to get stains of my leather jackets!
