    I was referred by a friend to All Brand Appliance quite a few years ago after being overcharged by other applicance companies each time an appliance had to be repaired. I had All Brand come out and install our new oven. The gentleman was professional and did an excellent job and the price was surprisingly reasonable. Last week our ice maker malfunctioned, so I decided to call All Brand again. They sent a repair technician out within 2 days - he even arrived earlier than promised. The icemaker was repaired and the bill was in the $170 range. Again, we were shocked, as we have never had a repair done on an ice maker before that wasn't north of $350. There is a reason these people have a high rating on Google - they have excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable technicians, and their pricing is more than fair. They will continue to be our go-to for all appliance repair.

    Called All Brand Appliance Repair. Linda promptly called back and offered advice based on my assessment of the repair to save the cost of a serviceman coming out and replace the washing machine. Loved and respected the honesty. They now have a client for life!!!

    Very poor experience. The tech arrived and said he couldn’t do any work because he couldn’t find the model number (the sticker by the door had peeled off). After he left we found the model number in two other places which he said he had checked (but obviously did not). I then phoned in the model number and got a note back saying the parts were all discontinued and nothing could be done.

    Just the best! Greatest service and very, very fair if not downright inexpensive pricing. This is one fine service establishment. The technicians arrived on time and did a wonderful job on both my refrigerator and microwave. Same guys did both appliances and everything works like new again. I am totally impressed at how they were able to repair the ice maker and microwave handle. All Brand Appliance is amazing.
