  Unfortunately my time at this place has come to an end but this facility was always amazing. Michelle was such a joy to deal with and made the move out process so easy and pleasant. Would definitely consider this location again in the future.

  Great experience with this place. Great prices and Michelle, the young lady who helped me was very friendly and very knowledgeable....she def made my experience easy and hassle free with no inconveniences of any kind . It is such a pleasure to deal with someone who genuinely takes pleasure in making sure the customer has the most pleasant experience possible ..thanks michelle

  I can’t say enough great things about Michelle Gonzales, Marilyn, and Matthew at West Sacramento Storage. Michelle and her manager worked closely with me to keep my storage unit at a set price that was budget-friendly, which I truly appreciated. Michelle went above and beyond helping me select the right unit and made sure I was able to move in smoothly and on time, with the support of Marilyn and Matthew. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, and always willing to help. The facility itself is clean, organized, and very family-friendly. I’ve had experiences with other storage facilities in the past, and none compare to the level of care and service I receive here. I’ve been storing here for almost 10 years, and there’s a reason for that — they consistently go above and beyond whenever I need assistance. They even offer a rental truck (when available) to help you move your items in, which makes the process so much easier. This is a place I don’t see myself ever leaving. They truly have everything in order and treat their customers with respect and care. Highly recommend! Michelle is the Best!!

  Michelle is a gem! We came in there not really sure what size unit we would need-she asked the right kinds of questions to really fire out our needs and was also keen to let us know of the current rental specials she's having!! 10/10 would recommend Michelle and this storage unit
