    We want to give a huge shout-out to the Pro Desk team at Lowe’s and especially Erika. Our company, McCray & Sons Home Services in West Sacramento, relies on suppliers who understand contractors, and this team absolutely does. Erika and the Pro Desk staff are consistently efficient, organized, and genuinely pleasant to work with. We recently placed a large shop-stock order for many of the plumbing and handyman items we use regularly. Before submitting the order, I actually cross-checked pricing with Home Depot, and not a single item on the order was cheaper there. Lowe’s beat them across the board. Beyond pricing, the customer service is what really stands out. The Pro Desk team goes above and beyond to make sure orders are correct, questions are answered, and contractors can get in and out quickly. After several frustrating experiences elsewhere, working with this team has been a breath of fresh air. They truly understand what contractors need, and it makes a big difference for small family businesses like ours. Erika and the entire Pro Desk team deserve recognition.     Michael in the hardware department was amazingly helpful! My daughter and her friend are working on a large 3D sculpture piece for a community project. They showed Michael a sketch of their ideas and he walked them through the store and helped them find all the things they would need to make their vision come to life and talked them through some possible stability challenges their design would likely have and helped them come up with a much better idea! This was above and beyond our expectations for service! I felt like he felt somehow invested in their project’s success and that’s truly heartwarming. Thank you!

    This is not your average Lowe’s. It is clean, well kept, the staff is nice and they try to give you a good experience. Went in and saw a sale on some lawn mowers and picked up a new Milwaukee drill. They were in fresh stock of the screws and pvc pipe that I needed as well. I can always count on Lowe’s to have the materials that I need to get my remodels done!

    Really disappointed with my experience. My order wasn’t ready, and I noticed a group of five pickers chatting together while there weren’t many customers around. There were plenty of employees, but only a few were actually working. I eventually got help to pick my order myself, only to discover it had already been ready all along. Neither I nor the staff at the front were informed—there was zero communication.

    Your refund policy needs some work. I have been making repairs to my business and also at my in-laws home which are both located in a different city than where I live. I would buy the things I thought I would need and head out. Most of the supplies worked but some did not. I finished most of the work at both places and had parts leftover. I recently tried to return the unopened packages that I had receipts for and was told no by the refund clerk because it was past 90 days old. Just an FYI, your competitor takes back everything with or without a receipt no matter how old it is. I will be shopping there from now on.
