- JJJ J1 day ago5.0My husband and I had a GREAT experience at this location. There is a competing mattress store on this same street, so we visited both. I have to say that the customer service and no pressure sales style at Tempur-Pedic is what sold us. The mattress we purchased is amazing of course, but the way that Marquis, our sales person, took the time to show us the different options and address both of our questions and preferences was truly what helped us find the perfect fit. It was actually fun. Usually when I walk into a store and a salesperson wants to demo something for you I cringe because it feels like they want to trap you. LOL, but Marquis was great. He asked important questions to understand what we needed and then lead us through all the features and options the had. He was happy to work within our budget and not pressure us to get the most expensive model. I would highly recommend this store and tell you to ask for Marquis!

- DEDaniel EmraniApr 22, 20261.0I bought a top-of-the-line mattress for about $8,000 and some pillows, sheets and accessories about SIX MONTHS AGO!!! The mattress arrived on time, but I never received the pillows, sheets, and accessories I ordered simultaneously. They promised me four times that it was on the way and coming etc. I initially placed the order with Brother Joe, who is a smooth operator and friendly guy, but his follow-ups don’t happen. He was very nice to get the business, but I don’t want to have to travel to the store and go out of my way 4 times to speak with him and be told there’s no updates on the order and the assurance that it would be sent. Initially, they said it would take a week because it was coming from out of state, but I never received it and it’s been SIX MONTHS!!!. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with Brother Joe and Tempur Pedic and paying a premium over competitors for such poor service. That they will promise to call you back and never will!

Can I use my current frame with my Tempur-Pedic Mattress?
Yes. We design our mattresses to fit most standard size bed furniture and frames.
Unless your product was not designed for the U.S. market, or is an unusual size, our mattresses should fit.
If you have any question about whether a Tempur-Pedic mattress will fit your bed or furniture frame, we recommend that you refer to the specific product dimensions.
If you choose not to purchase our foundation, you must position the mattress on a completely flat, solid surface with adequate center support.
If you have a slatted foundation, we recommend using slats that are at least 3 inches wide and are no more than 4 inches apart.
Please note that using the mattress without a Tempur-Pedic foundation or similar firm, solid-surface, non-spring base may void the warranty.
How does my new mattress arrive?
With the exception of our TEMPUR-Cloud, select mattresses arrive with White Glove delivery. With our free White Glove delivery, your mattress will arrive in a plastic covering which will be removed upon delivery for set up.
The TEMPUR-Cloud is a convenient option at a lower price that ships to your door compressed in a bag for you to set up on your own time. This design makes the TEMPUR-Cloud great for those who have narrow hallways or doorways, live in apartments, or want to have a contact-free delivery! The TEMPUR-Cloud does not receive our White Glove delivery as it is shipped via UPS. This means that it will be delivered to your door and removal of your old mattress is not available.
What is the difference between Medium & Medium Hybrid in feel?
Tempur-Pedic’s hybrids are like no other, because our innovative coil system works in combination with one-of-a-kind TEMPUR® Material to deliver unmatched pressure relief and support — plus, a more “responsive” feel from the premium coils that sleepers may prefer. This makes our hybrids a perfect introduction to Tempur-Pedic (and a welcome upgrade!) if you’ve only slept on traditional spring mattresses in the past.
While our hybrid mattress options are best described as “medium,” they’re created a bit differently than our other medium-feel mattresses. Our non-hybrid mattresses are constructed entirely of our legendary TEMPUR® materials (placed on top of a foam base layer), while our Medium Hybrid options contain a 1000+ coil system to provide all the pressure relief and support you expect from a Tempur-Pedic mattress — with the added “bounce” from the coils.
Another difference? Our Medium Hybrid mattresses are created using our softest material available, TEMPUR-ES™, so our hybrids tend to feel slightly softer than our Medium, non-hybrid options. Do you have replacement covers for mattresses?
Yes, we do, for any of our mattresses with a removable cover. You can order replacement covers for our current mattress models online here. If you need the cover for an older mattress or you don't see your mattress listed, you can talk to one of our Sleep Guides in the store to help you find yours.
