    I was doing a phone sale purchase today and jaclyn was the one who was helping me on the phone. She’s so rude over the phone and her tone is so disrespectful and when I was telling her the text messages are not getting delivered to me for the phone cell. She kept raising her voice at me trying to stop me talking and telling me that’s the only way and I kept telling her that I’m not receiving anything and then after five minutes I paid with the first link and then with a very disrespectful and very bad attitude tone she raised her voice and told me it is Cancelled. And then one hour later I’ll go to the store in person to do more shopping. I ask her when I tell you I don’t receive a text on the phone. It means your system has a glitch and then she did it again with a very disrespectful and very bad attitude she kept repeating that that’s the only way to do a phone cell. They cannot take credit cards on the phone, which I understand but all I was trying to explain to her was that the system has a glitch the text messages come all at once after five minutes and then I was telling her why do you have a attitude on the phone? If you’re having a bad day then you shouldn’t answer any phone calls she told me I’m not gonna argue with you. This conversation is over to my face. I don’t know what kind of management decided to have her take phone calls every time I do a purchase with her. She does this like every single time and I’m a customer that I spend f thousands of dollars in Lowe’s. The management needs to figure something out because I cannot have bad experiences every time she helped me she never smiles. She never says hi and she’s always in a bad mood like she hates her job.

    I had a great experience at Lowe’s thanks to Chris Sobalvarro in Millwork. He took the time to help us brainstorm different window safety options and was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the process. He didn’t rush us and made sure we understood our choices, which we really appreciated. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping customers find the right solutions. Excellent customer service!

    Lowe's has gone down hill so badly, there inventory system is horrible. It will tell you online that they 4 items in stock and once you get there, they don't have anything in stock. Then good luck trying to call the store to get a real person to talk to. This damn automated answering system is horrible.It won't let you talk to a real person. What a shame, because I used to like Lowe's better because of their customer service was so much better than Home Depot. But now I will have to switch back because they answer the phone when you call them
