  Went shopping for a new recliner. I had a specific model in mind. The sales lady help me find a more suitable recliner that fit my height. Very happy with what I purchased.

  La-Z-Boy had a great Presidents Day Sale ! I drove to the West Hills store and Greg helped me select a chair of the appropriate size for a big guy like myself. Greg was very helpful but low key; he took his time to explain the various chair configurations, fabric choices, and treatment options. I did not feel pressured to purchase anything and I did wind up buying a chair. We already have two La-Z-Boy chairs and have been very happy at how well made they are made !

  Excellent. Joy was a pleasure to work with. She listened to what I wanted and showed us a dew choices. I knew what I wanted but she gave me options.

  Dan was very helpful. He showed us the couches that would meet our criteria, answered all our questions, and was very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

  This is the worst company to buy from! If you end up not liking the furniture once you get it home, the only return they offer is you have to pay for them to pick it up (you can’t drop it off) then pay a 30% restocking fee, then they’ll only give you a store credit on what’s left, which is not enough to purchase something else. Now we’re stuck with two chairs that seemed comfortable in the store but once we tried reclining them to watch tv they did not support our heads and neck, they said, well just use a pillow! I will never ever buy from La Z Boy again! Waste of time and money!!!
