I went into the store with my 3 year old grandson on a Wednesday at 6:50pm. When I walked in and my grandsonhad to use the restroom. A lady named Nikki told me the restrooms were closed and they close them right before they close the store. I asked what time they close and she said 8:00. That's a little over an hour before closing. I had to walk to another store to use the restroom. I think its very inconvenient and rude. As long as the store is open the restrooms should be available for your customers to use!

Customer service very bad, I was double charged for an item $5, They saw the receipt, and they said they need to check the camera to make sure, And making me wait at the counter with two kids. And then they found out they did over charged, they didn’t even apologize. What customer service is that!

There were several instances of interactions with workers who made me feel uncomfortable and in the way. As an autistic person with headphones on, still able to hear others around me, I didn’t even get an excuse me. I didn’t get any acknowledgment from the many workers in various places stocking the floor and even got 3 workers coming from the back and instead of walking on the otherside of the aisle they chose to make me squeeze up against the crystal’s [mind you they are TINY decorations] and didn’t even bother with an excuse me. I was here for about an hour 45ish as I was looking throughout the isles and came to post pictures I took for things available right now and saw how many other folks have reported them being rude. You honestly can’t work in retail, and especially a store such as this which is for creatives, and on top of their religious connection - and not be kind and respectful to the customer. I’ve had to do it in my past and trust me I get it, if you hate your job, and the people around you, you’re gonna be in a bad mood. But there is just no reason to be this way towards someone who like myself is overly polite, saying pardon me because they didn’t want to let me pass or move out of the way. There was very nice manager who came to help with a pricing of an item who took my cart for me and wished me a nice day, but literally in the almost 2 hours I was there up and down every isle that was the extent, and I came across at least 6-7 employees throughout the store in various isles who were stocking. Idk maybe it’s cuz of the demographic of the surrounding area, and the folks who work inside, I am not sure either way. Hope the next time I comeback everyone is just nicer, hate to be that guy but you’re getting paid for that job, and I am sure it’s a requirement not to be kind to customers and welcoming. You are the face of this brand, if you want to get technical.
