- DYDaniel YeeFeb 21, 20265.0If you are in the market to upgrade for a new bed [and set of pillows], I recommend visiting the Tempur-Pedic store at Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek. The team, consisting of Marina, Mark, and Lois are the best! They're so helpful in answering questions about the benefits of upgrading your sleeping experience with a tempur-pedic mattress! I purchased mine a few years back and I see why it's worth it to spend the extra money for a solid mattress. Most recently, I took advantage of their BOGO with the pillows. Yes, $175/ea is costly, but 2 for the price of 1 was worth it. The pillow cradles your head, relieving of any pressure around your neck. I took my parents in this past week and dad purchased the same pillow [after trying the other styles] as he's experiencing stiff shoulders/neck lately. Thank you always being so welcoming and answering the gazillion questions without the pressure of having to purchase something.
- KWkang wangJan 17, 20261.0Do not buy from here. The mattress is fine, but the service is BAD. You can get the same mattress easily from mattress firm. When I bought the mattress, there is no notice on the delivery, and no update on the time of the delivery.They just dump the mattress at the door of my Apt about a week after the order and I was out of town that weekend. And I found out on Sunday afternoon when I was back. Then now I am returning the mattress because it’s too soft. The return order started on Dec 23rd 2025. Then I have been following up every single week. As of today it’s almost a month, there is no update, no contact. Every time you call them, they will say we will notice you with 2-3 days but you will hear nothing.

She suggested I try the LuxeAdapt and that's what I ended up going with. I also bought a bunch of pillow and accessories and she even helped me bring them to the car. I am super happy I made the decision to get a Tempur-Pedic.

Can I use my current frame with my Tempur-Pedic Mattress?
Yes. We design our mattresses to fit most standard size bed furniture and frames.
Unless your product was not designed for the U.S. market, or is an unusual size, our mattresses should fit.
If you have any question about whether a Tempur-Pedic mattress will fit your bed or furniture frame, we recommend that you refer to the specific product dimensions.
If you choose not to purchase our foundation, you must position the mattress on a completely flat, solid surface with adequate center support.
If you have a slatted foundation, we recommend using slats that are at least 3 inches wide and are no more than 4 inches apart.
Please note that using the mattress without a Tempur-Pedic foundation or similar firm, solid-surface, non-spring base may void the warranty.
How does my new mattress arrive?
With the exception of our TEMPUR-Cloud, select mattresses arrive with White Glove delivery. With our free White Glove delivery, your mattress will arrive in a plastic covering which will be removed upon delivery for set up.
The TEMPUR-Cloud is a convenient option at a lower price that ships to your door compressed in a bag for you to set up on your own time. This design makes the TEMPUR-Cloud great for those who have narrow hallways or doorways, live in apartments, or want to have a contact-free delivery! The TEMPUR-Cloud does not receive our White Glove delivery as it is shipped via UPS. This means that it will be delivered to your door and removal of your old mattress is not available.
What is the difference between Medium & Medium Hybrid in feel?
Tempur-Pedic’s hybrids are like no other, because our innovative coil system works in combination with one-of-a-kind TEMPUR® Material to deliver unmatched pressure relief and support — plus, a more “responsive” feel from the premium coils that sleepers may prefer. This makes our hybrids a perfect introduction to Tempur-Pedic (and a welcome upgrade!) if you’ve only slept on traditional spring mattresses in the past.
While our hybrid mattress options are best described as “medium,” they’re created a bit differently than our other medium-feel mattresses. Our non-hybrid mattresses are constructed entirely of our legendary TEMPUR® materials (placed on top of a foam base layer), while our Medium Hybrid options contain a 1000+ coil system to provide all the pressure relief and support you expect from a Tempur-Pedic mattress — with the added “bounce” from the coils.
Another difference? Our Medium Hybrid mattresses are created using our softest material available, TEMPUR-ES™, so our hybrids tend to feel slightly softer than our Medium, non-hybrid options. If a hybrid is starting to sound like a great fit, you can choose between our TEMPUR-Adapt®, TEMPUR-ProAdapt®, and TEMPUR-PRObreeze° models. Do you have replacement covers for mattresses?
