I saw big comfy sofas, cool lamps, and tables that felt super solid. I liked walking around and getting ideas for my house. The quality seemed great, and the colors were simple and classy. The only thing that bothered me was that no one greeted me when I walked in. I stood near the front for a bit and still nobody said hi or asked if I needed help. Once I found someone, they were nice, but I had to go looking. Prices are definitely high, so I did not buy anything today, but I could tell the furniture is made to last. I still enjoyed my visit and I will probably come back when I am ready to spend more.

I feel so lucky that Walnut Creek was the store I picked to visit because I met Nasrin, one of their designers. She was a godsend in the process of my home's remodel! At first I was skeptical about ordering through the store rather than just handling it online but I have to say I have had the greatest experience working with Nasrin and wouldn't do it any other way again. She was incredibly helpful in making beautiful, current design choices for my home and she was always professional and kind. RH Walnut Creek is lucky to have her as she is spot on with her customer service. I won't hesitate to work with her again in the future, in fact I look forward to it! As far as the products at RH Walnut Creek, I am so thankful that they have a store available to see things in person. It is important to be able to confirm the quality and sit in a chair or run your hand along the finish of a table. They carry amazing pieces and while they are pricey, once they are in your home, the quality really shines through.
