It is extremely expensive for the quality of service you will receive. I love the sofa but dealing with their customer service isn't with it!

The experience we received with their returns exchange department was horrible. It took 6 months for them to figure out our exchange and deliver our product. We are finally receiving our product next week but to get to this point required emails every 2 weeks for 6 months. Unfortunately lost a star on the overall experience.
