The two star rating is because they will raise your rate over double after 4 months. According to my conversation with corporate, essentially the rates will never go down. I called and after some back and forth was able to negotiate a more reasonable rate increase. After receiving a second rate increase notice a few months later my husband and I decided that we are going to find a different storage facility. It's too bad because like I said, they have a nice facility but dealing with these rate increases is not a very customer friendly practice. At least we get to keep the lock and key.

We brought up the price increases to a rep and all they said was that we were warned through snail mail. We thought, totally possible, so we updated our profile. It’s been 2 months and we’ve already received another increase. We reached out and they began to give the same excuse as the time before. This leads me to believe they are not willing to take any sort of accountability. They’re going to try and keep you by giving you a significantly small discount until you probably want to break your lease. Like I said, if you can afford to throw away your money, this is the place for you.
