Mind you I was there an hour prior picking up the first half of my order which also took forever to retrieve. I ended up leaving without my tub because I was not going to waste anymore of my time.

We have came multiple times recently and we have had to sit and wait while the worker at the self checkout helps the people next to us for 30 minutes and the proceeds to walk past us and help a different costumer that just show up and helps them for another 30 minutes when we just want to buy a can of spray paint.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
